If, after inspection of all the above, your vehicle is deemed fit, you are issued with an MOT Certificate, which basically gives you permission to drive on public roads for the next 12 months. Failure on any of the points are you are forbidden to take it on to the public highway until you have the failures rectified!I sometimes wonder why there are so many rustbuckets around Bradford!
